EXTI, a tribe in EVE Frontier, is throwing a community PvP event to close out the Shroud of Fear cycle — and the whole Frontier is invited. The end-of-cycle brawl lands in the system ESP-J64 at 17:00 UTC on Saturday, June 20, 2026. EXTI is providing the ships, has built the arena, and will run the brackets, so all you need to do is fly in before it starts.
This is a community-run event hosted by EXTI, not an official CCP event. The plan is a 3v3 tournament-style battle royale, with EXTI supplying a fleet of Reavers so the matches stay even.
Event details
| Host | EXTI (community-hosted) |
|---|---|
| Organizer / contact | Westlypipess |
| System | ESP-J64 |
| Date | Saturday, June 20, 2026 |
| Time | 17:00 UTC |
| Format | 3v3 tournament (battle-royale or free-for-all fallback depending on turnout) |
| Ships | Reavers provided — 50 manufactured by EXTI's Bubba |
| Teams | Randomly generated on the day |
| Voice | EVE Frontier Discord, Founder Voice channel |
| Prize | Bragging rights |
If there aren't enough pilots for a full 3v3 bracket, EXTI plans to fall back to a two-fleet battle royale or a free-for-all, last-rider-standing fight. Either way, the reward is the same: bragging rights for the rest of the cycle.
What EXTI built
The fight takes place inside a purpose-built arena. EXTI's Bubba constructed it in space from large structures arranged at angles to shape the battlefield, and also manufactured the 50 Reavers that competitors will fly. The tactical view below shows the arena layout.
How to join
- Get your ship to ESP-J64 before 17:00 UTC on June 20, 2026.
- Watch the EVE Frontier Discord and join the Founder Voice channel for coordination — teams are drawn on the day.
- Questions? Look for Westlypipess on the EVE Frontier Discord, or ask in the Reddit thread linked below.
Because teams are randomly generated, you don't need a pre-made squad. Show up, get sorted, and fly.
Find ESP-J64 on EF-Map
If you're not sure where ESP-J64 sits or how to get there, you can open ESP-J64 directly on EF-Map to see the system in the 3D star map and plan a route from wherever you are in the Frontier. EF-Map's routing can help you line up Smart Gate hops and check jump range before the start time. Any kills from the brawl should also surface on EF-Map's Killboard, and big community fights like this are exactly the kind of activity that shows up in the weekly State of the Frontier report.
Looking ahead
EXTI says it wants to team up with other tribes to build and coordinate larger end-of-cycle events in the future. For now, the Shroud of Fear send-off is open to the whole EVE Frontier community, and a good turnout is the best way to make the next one bigger.
